Asian grocery stores and supermarkets stock ingredients, snacks and household goods that general American supermarkets often do not carry, organized by category rather than by country of origin in most stores. Produce and live or fresh seafood sections are usually at the back or side of the store, and weekend mornings bring the largest crowds and freshest restock. Many larger Asian supermarkets include a hot deli or food court counter selling prepared meals by the pound or as fixed plates, useful for a quick lunch while shopping. Labels are frequently bilingual or untranslated, so store staff can usually help locate a specific ingredient if you ask. Cash, cards and mobile pay are all commonly accepted at larger chains; smaller specialty shops may be cash-preferred.
The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. The most common schedule is 10 amβ5 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. Clean. Well lit. Kind staff. Really reasonable seafood prices for fresh caught items. I got 2lbs fresh caught shrimp from the NC coast and will be going back Saturday morning for shark.

I shop at their Greensboro location in the Farmers Market. Quality/variety is the best. The owners go out of their way to ensure I'm happy.

The soft shell crab (purchased in late November) was really not that great (pretty bad), definitely would not make another soft shell crab purchase from this establishment. Although November is late in season, Iβve had a good frozen soft shell crab in December/January from a different vendor. The money I wasted was definitely a lesson learned. NOTE: I have not tried any of their other fish, and the crab may have been a one time thing. Just dont try the soft shell crab in late November. From looking online, I read that NC crabs need warm temps to lose their shell, and by late November their hard shells should regrow. I think from now on Iβll stick to my previous vendor for off-season crab purchases or just wait till itβs prime season. Will definitely update my review if I get fish from there again. :P
